In 2019 Zafar Khurshid co-founded the firm of Talwar Khurshid Chauhan (TKC) LLP along with Mr. Samer V. Talwar and Amit Singh Chauhan, prior to which he worked under Senior Advocates in the Supreme Court of India where he assisted in matter of Constitutional and Administrative Law, Service/Direct Tax, Criminal Appeals, and Public Interest Litigation. Zafar also regularly appeared before the National Company Law Tribunal in Competition matters and has assisted on many high profile cases on behalf of the Competition Commission of India. 

As Senior Partner in the firm he continues to appear before various courts and tribunals, including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Learned District Court in the NCR, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC). In addition he is also frequently engaged in Arbitration matters, and is a member of the Organising Committee of the Annual PCA India Arbitration Conference.

Zafar Khurshid is a graduate of Delhi University, having read for his B.A. at St. Stephen’s College, followed by an LL.B. from Campus Law Centre. He has holds multiple Masters degrees from Queen Mary University of London and the University of Oxford, specialising in Intellectual Property Rights.​
